Really liked it, very grand public areas, with a pool overlooking the beach, plus a baby pool plus a larger slightly deeper toddler pool. the food was amazing. We were upgraded to a very large sea view room with a balcony. good location on the promenade. they do need to change the curtains as it's a struggle to open them.

The hotel is absolutely stunning and right in the city center, making everything so convenient. The architecture and the lobby in the evening are simply magical, and from the very first moment the staff at the entrance made us feel so welcome. A special thanks to Ayelet, the hotel manager, whose kindness and hospitality made our stay unforgettable. Breakfasts were fantastic, the live music in the evenings was lovely, and overall we left with the best impressions. What could be improved: The spa is quite small and the jacuzzi was turned off during our stay, but it didn’t spoil the experience. Overall, it was a truly wonderful stay full of comfort, charm, and unforgettable moments. We felt looked after at every step, and the hotel really made our trip extra special.

We were at the hotel this past weekend. The hotel was full to capacity due to an event. Nonetheless the service was great with quick and attentive staff. Great location near the beaches, marinas and malls. Lots of activities within walking distance. The room was clean, nice and with classic look. May be outdated a bit but well kept up with great view and furniture. The food was amazing with lots of options and variety for the whole family and over three days we didn’t run out of options at all. Overall great value for money with great location, amenities and service. Highly recommended.

רוצה לשבח במיוחד את הצוות בטרקלין היוקרה, בראד וחכים. אנשים נעימים, נדיבים, אוהבי אדם שתמיד קיבלו אותנו עם חיוך וסבר פנים נעימות. אני יכולה להגיד בפה מלא שהם הפכו לנו את החופשה למושלמת. תודה רבה ובהחלט נחזור שוב ולו רק כדי להנות מהשירות הנפלא של בראד וחכים. I would like to especially praise the team at the luxury lounge, Brad and Hakim. They are warm, kind, and generous people who always welcomed us with a smile and genuine hospitality.I can honestly say they made our vacation absolutely perfect. Thank you so much — we will definitely come back, if only to enjoy the wonderful service of Brad and Hakim again.

Wonderful stay! The staff was welcoming and always ready to help, making us feel at home from the start. A special thank you to Ahuva, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us — her kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel amenities were excellent, and breakfast offered plenty of delicious choices. The location was perfect — close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. Overall, an outstanding experience that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend and will definitely return!
