入住家庭三人間設施完好乾凈衞生住宿舒適，特別是我5月3日入住時的接待員（女服務員抱歉忘記問貴姓名誰了）服務非常周到，我手機出問題了打不出接不進沒有工具取不出卡片，當時已很晚求助該同志，她非常耐心的幫我調整電話卡直到恢復通話功能非常感謝，出門在外人地生疏隨説問題不大，但真感覺到了什麼叫一分錢難倒出門在外人，通過該**志熱情周到的良好服務，我深深體會到窗口服務行業人員提供什麼樣的服務，都會給客人留下深該的記憶，感謝億豪培養了這樣的好服務員，我很滿意，有機會本人並推薦朋友們再入住億豪。

前台服務熱情 有賓至如歸的感覺。尤其我們在此日因為要趕路 想早一點吃早餐，結果前台非常熱情的就答應了和餐廳聯繫 第二天餐廳準時按照我們的要求七點種就把早餐送到了房間，而且早餐的品種很多 有葷有素 非常適合我們。 房間也是非常舒適 看得出是額濟納最有檔次的賓館。下次如果到額濟納來 肯定要再次入住。

出差路過，看了幾家酒店，這家酒店軟件硬件都還不錯，門口停車方便，前台服務員熱情，早餐去吃有點涼了，可能是我卡點去吃的吧！下次出差還會選擇本酒店

前台小姑娘服務不錯，但是樓上的分層阿姨服務實在不敢。到酒店已經天黑了挺疲憊的，周圍我們觀察超市很近的沒有。我們跟二樓的服務大姐要水要一次性脱鞋的時候，大姐趴在自己的房間床上看着手機，説你們屋裡有就不能再多要。我們説很渴了不夠也堅決不多給，哎。你有趴在床上看手機的時間，仔細刷刷衞生間的不太乾淨的洗臉盆不好麼，酒店硬件不錯的，但服務有待提升啊
