I had a great stay but dissapointed when I feel ripped off… I never write a review but felt I needed to make a comment… I accidentally booked the hotel for 1 person not 2.
The hotel states the extra charge fee was 1500 Egyptian pounds but if you book 2 people online and through this website, it’s half that cost….. the excuse the front desk staff member used was that we had to seperate the beds. For a 5 star hotel, that wasn’t an impressive comment. Having come previously from the st Regis hotel, this hotel just lost my repeat purchase. This was more the principal of the matter. Now he also charged me accidentally 1500 usd abs then had to refund that amount - you would really think out of that mistake alone, the front desk attendant would have used initiative to say I’ll drop that fee.

This is the most satisfying hotel in my trip to Egypt, bar none. Every detail of the hotel is an industry benchmark. When traveling to the Middle East in the future, Adress is my first choice. The staff here are well trained and the service is very good. I had dinner at the restaurant twice, and the tomato soup and dessert left a good impression on me. The sunset in the lobby is beautiful. After leaving the hotel, you can go to the Mediterranean beach, which is a fifteen-minute walk. The breakfast is good, although there are not many varieties, it is more exquisite. Overall very satisfied. The hotel has a parking lot.

Every thing was wonderful. From the reception Waad and the breakfast and all the service specially Medo Fathe. Rooms very clean and quiet. I recommend Spa is professional. All staff are friendly specifically Medo . The food at general buffet was fantastic

After staying few days in the luxurious hotel of Alamein, I wanted to explore staying at this hotel unfortunately the duty manager his name is Ahmed was not a welcoming person at all. I just want to add one more point to be fair the team under him at the front desk were very polite but he was acting strange in three incidents the first time when we were talking to them and after that when we requested to meet him, he got very delayed on us and when he came late he didn’t even apologise and while he was talking to us, he was very arrogant and rough . My customer experience to this incident resulted in a fact that I will never recommend this place because of this duty manager who is not aware about hospitality at all noting that all my life and the countries noting visited and the hotels that I’ve stayed in I’ve never faced such a manager in his way of acting which is not matching With the quality and the name of the address HOTEL that I have enjoyed staying with them in Dubai several times I request the senior management to have a look to this person as by this attitude you lose a lot of business …thank you

It was an amazing few days of complete relaxation. Incredible atmosphere of the hotel, delicious food, picturesque views! I definitely recommend it! I especially want to thank the employee of the Moaaz hotel, who surrounded us with care every day🫶

Recently had the pleasure to stay at Adress Hotel is very nice, Good staff, food and view shisha was great and it was truly an exceptional experience, check in was smooth and efficient, the escorting as well but cannot remember her name she was very nice.

Food was excellent. Service impeccable. Our food waiter Yusuf was great as was every staff member that we passed. Try the Angus beef here. Cooked to perfection. Overall the hotel was exceptional, clean, fast service, responsive and helpful staff.

I had a very special and excellent hospitality guest in Address hotel and many thanks to Sandy and Ahmed for their welcome to me and my family. The experience was exceptional, the hotel location near alamien Beach was ideal, the room was spacious and clean.
