I chose this hotel as my accommodation for my trip to Mallorca.
The front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean. The elevator was convenient because it worked quickly without having to wait!
One thing that was disappointing was that water and an electric kettle were not provided.
However, it is close enough to the airport by bus or taxi, and the beach is about a 10-minute walk away, so it is a good hotel geographically.
The swimming pool is not big, but it is free to use, which was nice :)

Great location, within a few minutes walking distance from the centre and the bus stop is just outside but it's on a very busy and noisy street cars, buses, people shouting, dogs barking. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, the window sliding doors don't lock nor close properly. The room is spacious and was cleaned everyday but the bed and pillows so firm to make your body and head hurt. Great breakfast, good variety and helpful staff. The pool is small and the water very cold and the sun beds dirty.

Just awful nice lobby but rooms terrible dark depressing worst view ever . 2 star rating left a day early . Don’t recommend very bad rooms tatty beds with awful sheets locations awful run down needs bull dozer

Firstly the pool. If you like a nice peaceful time around the pool,don't come to this hotel, there is loud so called music blaring out all day. The pool area is not looked after very well, puddles of water around the pool not moped up. Now to the room,reasonably good but aircon no good. Bathroom very small, you have to be careful not to hit your head on the wall in front of you when sitting on the toilet. Now to the restaurant, food was reasonably good quality but not much choice. No soup at evening meal, no Cava at breakfast, however our daughter needs gluten free food and they did their best to cater for her. All the staff are excellent and drinks are very reasonable. This hotel should not be 4 star

I spent a week in the structure, at the end of September. If I had to judge, with great regret I would give a 6 out of 10. Upon our arrival the room had not been cleaned sufficiently, we found some hair between the bed sheets and dust in multiple places in the room. The view of the sea from the balcony with the sun setting, the kindness of the staff, the restaurant and the structure are beutiful.

Dont let bad reviews put you off!!! After reading previous reviews we were apprehensive about going! But we were pleasantly surprised! The hotel itself is really nice, comfy well decorated and reception was really posh! Greeted with a lovely lady member of staff! The room was basic, really nice shower and the balcony was fine. Everything you needed. The only downside was the hairdryer. Definitely take your own. The pool area was lovely and it definitely has the sun hit it! Do not be put off! The sun was there all day! I caught a tan easily and there is a nice bar inside and even it own lifeguard. The breakfast was lovely, everything from pastry to cereal to fruit and fried breakfast and even different types of milk! The spa was definitely a highlight! The massage was incredible. I would definitely recommend this hotel it is so close to the harbour and beach but far enough not to hear noise! The only downside is occasional noise from rooms above but but to be expected . We went for a long weekend and for what we paid I would definitely return!

The walls really are paper thin, so bring some earplugs! One time after the cleaner had been in the room our door was left unlocked - reception’s response to this was ”that sometimes happens because of the wind” (?!?) This was slightly unnerving. Keycards stopped working several times during our stay and we kept having to have them reprogrammed. Pool area was nice and relaxed, gets both sun and shade, always sunbeds available. Breakfast was okay.
