Breakfast was very varied, fresh and delicious. There was even salmon on Sundays.
The rooms were also clean and tidy. The towels were even changed, although you didn't ask them to (by putting them on the floor), which they also indicate on a sign on the table (for the sake of the environment).
The location to Ballermann is of course not so good, it's a long walk and the hotel is "uphill".
What really bothered us about the "service" was that the security simply came into the room in the middle of the day. We were in the bathroom, lightly dressed, and he was walking around the room with the door wide open and then we looked and asked him to come out and pushed the door shut, he refused and held it with a lot of force. We weren't given a reason why he was in there. We complained to reception but they just accepted it and wanted to make a note of it. They didn't even meet your needs or anything. A really cheeky move. 😐
Otherwise you can't complain. There is always a lifeguard at the pool and it is also a nice pool area.

No air con in room, shower broken, bathroom would flood if used it for more than one minute. Elena the receptionist so miserable rude and unhelpful. Pool area is nice that is only positive. No entertainment and no light or table in balcony to sit out at night, the bar and pool area close at 11pm and they don’t even let you sit there to drink and enjoy your evening.

Great weekend break reception staff fantastic lovely clean hotel and pool 5/8 min walk to beach situated on an hill so walk back from beach is up hill plenty bars restaurants and supermarkets in surrounding areas palma 30 mins away by number 25 bus

Life guards shocking son got into difficulties in water hes 13 she didn't help atall we complained n they waited to call us liars to love holidays once we was home I left a review while staying there still why would I do that if It was lies, if u want a safe pool for the kids this is NOT the hotel for you

Stayed here on a number of occasions, and have booked for this July 2024. Food good, rooms clean and in a good condition with aircon. Pool area very good. The staff from reception to bar staff, dining room staff, and domestic staff all extremely friendly and professional.

the structure is located five minutes from the sea and the nightlife, and it is practically the only good thing. The dining room staff during breakfast looks at you as if you were the worst of thieves, at the reception you don't rely on them explaining how the parking works, you waste time and also the car! the only reliable person was the skinny blonde receptionist who was always smiling and kind. The cleaning of the room is creepy! Every day the cleaning ladies pass by and practically only make the bed, the floor always full of dust as well as the bathroom and the small terrace. If you have a second choice, go further

Stayed for a week with a friend; 2 decent bedrooms, daily cleaning, very helpful and friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant; plenty of food with lots of variety at breakfast and dinner; spacious pool with several depths, and lots of sunbeds plus showers; very near 2 sizeable supermarkets, handy for fruit, snacks and drinks; 10 minutes from nice beach, 3 minutes from weekly market and cafes (behind hotel); lots of steps in hotel, up to reception and between reception and restaurant but we were able to manage them, and staff were as helpful as possible; we would definitely like to stay here again, thanks to the lovely staff

Very good experience for a three stars hotel. The staff( restaurant, reception, cleaning) very kind a very helpfully. The food was excellent , I had half board . The cleaning was also fair . Parking place are a little bit difficult to be find .
