The hotel is really good value for money. Reception area is clean and managed 24 hours a day. The pool at the front of the building was clean but really bit bug enough for the hotel, there was an outside bar but this was closed during our stay bit disappointing as your bot allowed ro bring drinks from outside. There is 2 lifts which are a little outdated and really slow. Our room was on the 7th floor and again was quite spacious, cleaned every day and fresh towels every day, the shower always had lots of hot water. The restaurant isnsituated in the basement of the hotel, again fairly big, but not sure how it copes peak season. Good selection of buffet style food, always well stocked, even Paella was offered... There is a small bar which serves, water, beer and bottles of wine so not much selection but again adequate enough. .The breakfast again lots of choice, and a chef cooking eggs in abundance, the only downfall was all of the "hot" food was stone cold and yiu had to use the microwave. The restaurant staff were really good and very quick at cleaning tables and keeping the area clean. The best part of this hotel is the rooftop pool, and bar which was open from 10am, this was immaculate and the bar staff really good. The view of the sunsets were absolutely amazing. The location Is about a 10 minute walk to the main beach..

I visited this Hotel with my daughter for a short break of 4 nights which we were really looking forward too. After reading the reviews we chose HSM Son Very as trip advisor score was 4.5. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE !! Our room view was a brick wall. The sliding door to our balcony was broke and when locked could still open. We went to reception to ask if we could change rooms. The staff were VERY rude and said no and that the hotel was full and was told we should of paid for a sea view. The safety deposit cost was 18 euros for 4 nights with 3 euros returned at the end of the stay. Our deposit box worked for two days and then would not open ( it had our cash in) When we reported this to a lady on reception she was also Very rude and unhelpful and said she would get maintenance to sort it. There was no communication when this was done , and they took the key so we only had access to it for two days and no money was refunded or the deposit returned. The room was basic , no kettle and we were only given hand towels to use which were tiny. A lovely cleaner on our second day gave a bigger towel but after this only beds were made and room floor was not cleaned. The electric kept tripping in the room. The balcony light came on automatically and could not be switched off, this was on all night and was very bright shinning into our room as curtains would not fully close. Pools were freezing and dirty. I have never stayed in such an awful hotel and really cannot believe the 4.5 rating on trip advisor. The staff are extremely rude on the reception and very unhelpful. I have never given a bad review before but felt the issues warranted this. I00 per cent we would not recommend this hotel On a positive The area was busy with lots of bars and restaurants with friendly staff within a short walk down a hill and had a beautiful sandy beach.

3* from me at most Negatives: Food - cold and very limited especially dinner.. Reception staff rude and not helpful Rooms modern but not practical -glass door/walls for toilet and shower ( paper thin walls - so loud at night Both swimming pools very small ( more like size of jacuzzi) Positives: Location short drive to Palma and Airport Nice views from the rooftop (friendly staff in the bar)

Super friendly staff and great service. Tasty breakfasts and dinners. Rooms are clean, but a bit small. Sea is not so far and you can enjoy the sea view from the balcony. We absolutely like the view from the rooftop, especially sunsets. In general, we really enjoy staying!

Nice, new and modern hotel, with good meals and close to the beach. The only thing I didn’t like is that the rooms don’t have a fridge and they charge you for water at dinner. The hotel has a very nice rooftop terrace with a little swimming pool🩵

A clean and probably fairly recently renovated nice hotel with all the basic functions you could need, (remote control for TV needed a deposit?!). The breakfast buffet was fantastic as well as the dinner buffet in the evening, TWO days with great seafood. We got a room with sun on the balcony basically all day, especially evening sun with sunset. All the staff were pleasant and seemed to enjoy their workplace, which in turn creates a pleasant atmosphere for us who live at the hotel.

Polite and friendly stuff, correct and prompt answers any quastions froum us. The meals was delicious and wide range of food. The cleaning of the room was succesfully and fast. Great locations with several parking opportunities.
