The hotel now is a B&B, which is fine by me, but it’s very simple is everything. The attendance is very poor, I required to them twice to take off the garbage from the toilet, since they don’t provide a garbage at the room and in any place of the hotel, and they didn’t. I tried to call them through WhatsApp, which they say at the check in, to call them, but nobody answered either. The breakfast is with no options, and no fruits. One of the ladies that work there is confusing, there was a confusing happening with 3 couples that arrived and she couldn’t find their reservation. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

It is a small and comfortable hotel in the center of El Calafate. We stayed for 4 days with a group of friends and we felt very comfortable. Very good location two blocks from the center and one from the waterfront that borders Lake Argentino. Impeccable in terms of cleanliness, very comfortable beds and excellent service.

Despite being a guesthouse and not a hotel, it is comfortable, very clean, with a large room and bathroom. Very good service. Well located, next to a market, close to a restaurant and car rental agencies. It is on the main street, 4 blocks from the main restaurants and busiest shops. The only negative point is not having a TV in the room or in the breakfast room.

The location couldn't be better, very close to everything, almost in the center. Comfortable bed and excellent Wi-Fi. Simple but useful breakfast. But unfortunately the cleaning left a lot to be desired. During the 7 days we stayed, no one cleaned the room, even though I personally asked twice, which I found to be total negligence.

Everything was excellent in the hotel, both the gourmet breakfast, the attention of the girls and the super warm water for showering, very well heated and the bed very comfortable, everything clean. I hired them through Booking and paid at the hotel. The only thing was that there was no TV in the room, that didn't matter to me anyway and they closed the dining room at 10 p.m., more in case you wanted to heat water or have dinner there.

Mi estadía en el Hotel Ariel fue muy linda. La ubicación es excelente, justo en el centro de El Calafate y a un paso del lago, lo que lo convierte en un punto estratégico para explorar la ciudad. La calefacción funcionaba a la perfección, algo esencial en un destino frío como este. El desayuno bien completo y variado, con opciones que incluían jugos, cereales, postres, budines, frutas, tostadas, dulces y manteca. Todo fresco y muy bien presentado. El personal merece una mención especial. Desde las chicas en recepción hasta las encargadas de las habitaciones y el desayuno, todas super atentas. Se nota que están a cada detalle para que los huéspedes se sientan a gusto. En una ciudad donde los precios suelen ser elevados, encontrar un hotel con tarifas económicas que ofrezca este nivel de atención es para de destacar y recomendar al 100% a cualquiera que esté planeando visitar la ciudad .
