The views are pretty nice. The breakfast could improve because it lacked some things, for instance, soy or oat milk, they only had regular milk! Only two kinds of bread. Not much to choose to be honest. However, the hotel was pretty cozy, cute and quiet. Even though the walls in the room are pretty thin, I had a good night sleep. Reception staff did not inform much upon check-in.

Struttura accogliente in posizione panoramica e di buon impatto per arredo e atmosfera. Camere piccole ma abbastanza curate. Gestito da una coppia matura molto riservata ma pronta ad ascoltare le tue richieste. Esterni curati, spazi comuni interni ben organizzati. Non abbiamo provato il ristorante. Buona la prima colazione a buffet. Il contesto è molto piacevole e ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di escursioni.

Es un excelente lugar para descansar. Es atendido por sus dueños quienes son muy amables y amigables. . Tienen un restaurante donde la comida es riquísima las habitaciones son amplias y el paisaje que se ve es de maravilla. El desayuno es muy completo.

Struttura molto vicina al centro, in pochissimi minuti si è nella via centrale di El Calafate. Le stanze sono confortevoli, il bagno è minuscolo (ma ci si adatta), ottima la connessione WIFI. Buona la colazione con pietanze cucinate in maniera diversa ogni giorno, vale la pena provarle tutte. Staff cordiale, peccato per la proprietaria che non ha mostrato un minimo di empatia, risposte sempre telegrafiche e con aria scocciata…mah, peggio per lei.

A pousada é bem charmosa, conta com uma vista linda para o lago, quarto bom, cama confortável, tudo estava limpo e organizado. O ponto negativo foi a receptividade dos donos que é péssima. Estávamos com criança e pedimos taças para tomar um vinho no quarto e foi negado sem nenhuma justificativa. O café da manhã tb foi ruim, não tinha variedades, suco artificial.

La verdad no me quedo mucho en hoteles que no son de cadena. Pero en Calafate no avía ningún hotel de caden. Entonces me quede en este excelente hotel con un excelente servicio de la administradora que se llama Martha . La verdad lo recomiendo mucho. Un lugar super relajado con un ambiente super favorable.

El hotel es lindo en APARIENCIA, las habitaciones diminutas, el baño, con cortina de hace muchos años y muy chiquito. El desayuno bueno. La comida, si cenas buena. Te cobran todo, pero todo. Pedí un Té con leche, me cobro el té y a parte una MAMADERA, así, decía la factura. Las empleadas muy correctas, pero trabajan con mucha tensión, porque la DUEÑA, no les permite que te traigan nada, todo debe pasar, por su supervisión, desde que te levantas, para ir a una excursión, hasta que te acosta a las 11,30, esta ELLA, en recepción, NO hay otra persona. Viajamos mucho, no vivimos en Argentina, pero soy argentina, me avergüenzo, de cómo atiende, te ladra. Muchas veces pagas altas cifras, pero son amables y eso caracteriza a los habitantes de este país. Esta Sra, no se merece que vayas a SU hotel, porque es Avara, maleducada, irrespetuosa, y trata muy mal a sus empleadas, delante de los turistas.

Dommage pour ce super hôtel style chalet très chaleureux avec une belle terrasse, des chambres petites mais mignonnes que les propriétaires soient aussi désagréables. À peine bonjour et tellement peu avenants qu’on avait l’impression de déranger quand on descendait dans les parties communes pour manger ou profiter du salon. Petit déjeuner plutôt bon mais les plats « chauds » (bacon, œuf, etc) étaient froids les deux matins que nous y avons passé.

Siendo un hotel de 3 estrellas, resultó una grata sorpresa. La habitación hermosa, amplia y cómoda. Bien calefaccionada pero no asfixiante como otros hoteles. El baño, si bien sin bidet, tiene un adminículo q lo suple bien. Muy buena atención, tanto de los dueños como de empleados. Ricos platos, y excelente desayuno.
