VOYA Boutique Hotel

Our stay at Voya Boutique Hotel was a beautiful, accommodating, warm, and welcoming experience from beginning to end. My fiancé and I spent 4 nights with Voya and received the friendliest and most professional treatment by staff we could’ve asked for. Upon arriving, we received a complimentary cocktail and a complete tour of the renovated historic grounds and amenities before being taken to our room (and surprised us with a bottle of champagne and some chocolates!). The rooms are spacious and air-conditioned, with tall ceilings and ample space. The king mattress was very cozy; the shower was hot and the water pressure was strong! The hotel has backup generators that ensure the power stays on in the event of any blackouts (Cuba experiences this with some frequency), and the WiFi was strong and reliable. We were able to reliably book taxis to move around Havana with the help of the front desk staff. The onsite restaurant (Brasserie 255) had incredible breakfast, lunch, and dinner options — everything made to order (try the ropa vieja, my favorite), and with our stay breakfast was included daily. The wait staff and bartenders were personable and conversational — we felt like we had made friends during our stay. We would HIGHLY recommend anyone traveling to La Habana to stay with Voya, especially if you’re traveling from the USA (they are completely compliant with US travel regulations).

Excellence is the definition. Everyone very professional, the food was delicious. I’m very picky about hygiene and the bed mattress. This is a spotless, very clean unique boutique hotel, the mattresses are wonderful. I stayed in 2 different rooms, one with balcony view to the secret garden. Grateful.
