Real crap. The room smelled of gas and after much insistence we managed to have the stove changed. A room with 3 beds only had a bedside table and a chair to put things on. There was also an old wardrobe with 2 hangers. The bathroom: the water from the shower ran very little at any time; we left a toothpaste stain on the first day and it has always been there; Don't think about wearing makeup or shaving because the mirror is small and the light is very poor. The breakfast is miserable. Always the same packaged dessert and sliced bread from the previous day. Finally, at the checkout before letting you go they check that nothing has broken or taken, something that has never happened in 40 days of travel in Argentina and Chile. The price is a THEFT and they ask you for the money in advance!!

Amazing service! The manager is super helpful and very friendly, he gave us several wonderful tips. The room is very good, spacious and clean. The bathroom is good too. The breakfast is satisfactory, like almost all of the breakfasts in El Chalten. There is a kitchen available for guests. The view is beautiful. I recommend it!
