El spa maravilloso después de las largas caminatas. El desayuno delicioso y gracias también al asesoramiento para las rutas de montaña, es un plus que tiene el hotel. We are incredibly happy with our 5nights stay at Poincenot! I had forgotten that we booked a twin bedroom so at check in, I was asking if they have a room with double beds instead, without really hoping for too much. The lady at reception actually went above and beyond, walked up and down & checked a few rooms for us, although in the end we needed to take the twin room which was fine. Breakfast was great everyday, not too much option but can get your morning going for sure. What I loved most was the housekeeping! They turned our bed down daily, kept our room nice and clean which was a joy to come back to after a long day hike. We put the twin beds together and the next day when we returned, they made it a double bed by adding some extra mattress, what a star! I would highly recommend this place - though it’s a bit of a walk from the bus station but you will be surrounded by restaurants and shops anyway.

Good location; nice staff with 24 hours front desk that there is foreign currency exchange! Good breakfast. There is an excellent restaurant on the street just cross the hotel! The roast lamb and beef are delicious with friendly prices that compare with other nearby restaurants.

It is a good price accommodation that is overpriced. The room is open. Complete facilities and kitchen utensils. The kitchen also has eggs and cereal to eat. The heater is very good. Come in and feel cool. The staff here give very good advice and are friendly to help. Only downside The only thing is that it is a little far from the city center. But not very far Overall, it is a highly recommended place.

This hotel was very clean and nicely decorated to make it welcoming and cozy. The front desk personal were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast consisted of sweet breads, jams, cereals, yoghurt, multi grain bread and hard boiled eggs. It was quite enjoyable and filling. The mattresses were very comfortable also. We made a great choice in selecting this hotel.

GGuest UserHotel with good facilities, comfortable beds, large room and spacious bathroom as well as good heating and hot water.
On the downside, there is only Wi-Fi in the breakfast and reception area and, taking into account that there is hardly any coverage in the whole town, it is very inconvenient not to be able to connect in the room and having to do it alone from there.
I would also like to point out that, except for the girl who is at reception in the afternoon, who is lovely, the rest were quite rude.
For the rest, everything was perfect.

IIrinaDid not like. I feel like I overpaid and the hotel is not worth it. The rooms are old, although it is clear that in the past the hotel was good - a lot of wood.
The staff is very nice, they told us everything, gave us directions, and booked a transfer for trekking to Rio Electrico.
I didn't like the food. For that money, you could put fruit on the table, rather than a fruit salad made from scraps that had released their juice.

JJeffereyTwo bathrooms for each gender. Under the mountains for great views. My luggage didn’t get on the plane somehow but the receptionists at the hostel called many times so I got it the next day from rio to el Cheltan. Food was very good at the 24 hour restaurant and people who stay get a discount.
