This hotel is fantastic! They have great waiters and animation and lovely staff. Beautiful flowers, great food and several pools. Town is in walking distance and the bay is on the park. With a free boat you can go to Zeytouna Beach. We will come back!

On arrival check in was fast friendly staff arrived in the evening. Hotel room was very clean. Throughout the stay the staff were so friendly. Very spacious hotel grounds that were kept clean. Food was amazing and always piping hot. Had a couple of massages in the spa which were amazing. Good atmosphere at Peanuts bar on an evening, wasn't much entertainment though just an hour show in the winter theatre at 9pm and that was it. I would definitely recommend the hotel and return

Absolutely fantastic trip from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The food was consistently excellent – fresh, flavorful, and with a great variety to choose from. The location itself was brilliant – perfect setting, beautiful surroundings, and everything we needed within easy reach. A massive shout out to Milad, who truly made our time at the sunset pool unforgettable. He looked after us every single day with such warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Milad was not only attentive and efficient, but always brought a smile and positive energy that really added to our experience. He’s a real credit to the team and one of the main reasons we’d love to return. 10/10 – couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Got seriously sick during my stay and had to leave early. No refund, no understanding, zero empathy. If you’re not smiling and spending, they don’t care. First-timers are treated like crap, fifth-timers get slightly better treatment, and if you’re there for the tenth time you get a VIP wristband. Discrimination at its finest. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay far away.
