We chided this hotel because it was in the lac and it was near the place where we wanted.

Horrible experience
I had horrible experience: old furniture, not clean, bed is squeaky and make noise, too expensive for the service level, gym has no equipments except couple treadmills, I will never go back.

Terrible service
I booked this hotel room for my elderly parents and the were kept in the dark for hours and they didn’t offer to change their room, I had to call them to change their room
My parents didn’t feel comfortable and checked out the second day and the hotel refused to refund us the rest of our stay which was two more nights
