- The toilet was broken and all the water was leaking out.
- We did not have enough cleaning and bathroom items for the days of accommodation.
- At the time of requesting more of these elements we could not find the hotel managers anywhere, no one was at the reception.
- The animals they had there were relieving themselves all over the floors and stairs.
- At breakfast time it was also seen that the cat was on the tables and is not at all hygienic and clean.

We booked a standard room, they gave us room 6, but it was very small, without a window and a wardrobe. It was very stuffy and there was an unpleasant smell. The air conditioner was noisy. The floor was very dirty, covered in sand. Since we arrived at night, we spent the night in that room. In the morning we asked to change the room. They showed us the rooms, we chose a room with a balcony, a suite, a sea view, but we had to pay extra. We stayed for 4 days, so we agreed to pay extra. The room was cleaned poorly, only once, although we asked for it to be cleaned. They put water in the room upon arrival, they did not put it anymore, also shampoo, soap, brushes were put only once upon arrival. The towels were not changed even once. Breakfasts from the menu, very meager, the same thing every day. In the dining room there is a cooler with hot and cold water, you can pour tea in the evening. The room service is terrible. The hotel is for a stay of 1, 2 days. But the cost is expensive for such a hotel. I do not recommend it for a long time. The view from the window is beautiful. The port is close.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They have multiple small dogs that yap and howl throughout the day. We thought okay maybe once everyone is settled for the night they would be okay. Nope. They lock the dogs in their own room with the TV turned up loud and they continued to bark throughout the night. We even asked the front desk if they could help with the dogs at 3:30am when they would not shut up. The guy tried to call the owners with no luck and then said the owners of the hotel weren’t here. We knocked on the door to see if there was someone with the dogs that could help calm them down with no answer. So not sure who the dogs belong to be based on the other reviews it seems like they are not going anywhere. After a long night of not sleeping, housekeeping then started opening and slamming doors starting at 6:45am while all listening to music loud enough that it can easily be heard through the doors. I would take the dozens of roosters we have slept near in the Philippines over this.

We had the wrong hotel when booking, the boss is a very dishonest person, he didn't want to cancel our reservation, he told us OK to cancel, so we waited but surprise he didn't cancel anything at all! and the person at reception tells us that he is not there even though he is upstairs in his office…

Это не отель,а клоповник. Пришлось забронировать этот «отель»,так как другие в городе были зарезервированы. Ожиданий не было,но и тут удивили. Номер без окна,вернее окно выходило в душный коридор. Полотенца не впитывают воду,комната,как конура для собаки. Горячей воды нет. Завтрак- полный отстой,готовят очень долго,сонная,неопрятная девушка(видимо,родственница владельца) В столовой и офис владельца и обеденная зона и туалет для их трех собак (на полу собачая моча),запах убийственный. Далее завтракали в городских кафе . На столе (в клетке для птиц) живет КОТ. Английского языка персонал почти не понимает,собирают собрание работников,чтобы понять хоть что- то,что от них хотят. Ни разу за 10 дней номер не убирался. На ресепшене никого нет,постоянно пусто или сидят девушки,уткнувшись в YouTube. Собаки хозяев по ночам лают на лестнице,хозяева при этом ничего не делают. Вот он полный филиппинский дзен.
