The only drawback is that there is no hot water. Everything else is good. It is very close to the town center, only a ten-minute walk away, or you can take a tuk-tuk for 50 pesos. It is relatively quiet to sleep at night, but the shopping mall opposite sometimes plays music in the morning. Overall very satisfied.
