Very cozy quiet place with a beautiful garden. The center is nearby, and the hotel is very quiet. The room is big enough for two people. Clean, tidy. The staff is friendly. Our balcony went straight to the garden.

I liked the guesthouse - the location is excellent - very close to the center, but where there is no noise.
The hosts are friendly (we booked excursions and transfer to the airport through them).
The curtains are excellent - they do not let in light in the morning.
The neighbors (and the hosts) are not noisy - it is quiet in the evening, in the mornings they do not start walking loudly after 8.
The air conditioner is noisy (but it is possible to sleep) and blows directly on the bed.

When we went to the Philippines, we didn't expect any special luxury. But the hotel pleasantly surprised us. Closed territory, away from the noisy road, cozy courtyard. Everything you need for living is there. The bed is clean and dry. We didn't notice any insects. There were no problems with hot water. Everything you need is within walking distance.

Excellent hostess helps with everything. There is no safe, refrigerator or hair dryer in the room. But this is the most budget hotel. Therefore we do not require high service. Green and well-kept territory.
