"This is the first time I write a good review. The room is very, very big. They helped me upgrade the room type. The hygiene is very good. The room includes a washing machine, living room, cloakroom, etc. It is very good. The manager is very good and very caring throughout the whole process. I arrived at the airport at 1:30 pm during my transit in Cairo. They also provided free airport pick-up service and paid for my Uber to the airport the next day. It is really good. Compared with the old Cairo, the new Cairo is very safe, with fewer people and more rich people. It is also more friendly to Chinese people. I highly recommend it."

"Semen (male ejaculate) on the window was a disgusting surprise, but it fit with other problems (usb ort needed fixing & only worked with TV on, dreadful cold watery ”alfredo” that had no spoon for tasteless sauce, demand for cash to pay room service that robbed me of taxi money I'd saved to see souk, disappointing breakfast with ”beef bacon” a whitish chemical sausage, inedible noodles & boiled ”curried vegetables” & general vibe that was creepy for solo female. Novotel in Abu Dhabi did so much better!"

"This hotel is the epitome of excellence in hospitality! Everything is done well, from the courteous customer service, to clean/comfortable beds, and an impeccable restaurant (EVOO) which serves a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Wish we had had more time to explore the other amenities, such as the fitness center and spa. Everything was fabulous-- I would go back to Cairo, just to stay at this hotel!"

"Second time staying here. One day when I was having breakfast, I forgot my chest bag with my passport and money in the breakfast room. I remembered it an hour later. I rushed to the front desk and found that the chest bag was well kept by the front desk manager. This service level is beyond words. Thank you very much!
This time, we also changed to a bigger room. The room is well decorated, clean and quiet, very satisfied. There is a small supermarket downstairs, where you can buy water and snacks at normal local prices. The Chinese restaurant next door is as delicious as always."

"The hotel is near the airport and we can get to the airport in early morning as we had an early flight. We had a welcoming drinks when we arrived and it was very good. The room is large and comfortable and the staff is helpful too. We paid an extra fee for early check in the morning for cleaning ourselves and it is acceptable for that."

"We stayed one night in this hotel. We chose it because of its proximity to the airport. The room is large, a bit old, the carpet is dirty in some places. Shower over the bath a little uncomfortable. The taxi service to the airport works well, as does the reception. There were some items missing from the room on arrival, but they were quickly dealt with."
