I arrived late and no one at the reception area. But is convenient hotel if wish to catch an early flight. Otherwise. Better stay in other cheaper better hotel in town and take a bus or taxi to the airport.

The room is clean and tidy, the glass is very soundproof and you can't hear the noise of airplanes taking off and landing, but it is in the corner of the T1 arrival floor, which is not easy to find. I asked the staff to find out the direction, and the sign is not obvious enough!

The luxury room was great. However, the room was too small for two people and a three-year-old, which was stressful. The bath only had a shower. There was no space to put our luggage, and we almost started fighting. However, we were lucky because it was an early morning flight, and the shared lobby and corridors were spacious, so I guess everyone was escaping there. We couldn't eat breakfast because we were leaving early. But it looked like it was filling.

The room is very conveniently located in T1. It is 200 meters away from the arrival and departure points. You can do the tax refund at T1 auto check in at night, so you can queue up less the next day. The price/performance ratio is slightly low, quite expensive
