I have never written a review but after my experience today I must. Guest house looks so pretty, but we received shocking treatment by incredibly rude staff. Lovely town so please find somewhere else to stay. A minor complaint about battery in the ac remote meant insults and anger, and threats from management. Never had experience like this. Perhaps racially aggravated. Please avoid.

Avoid! This is by far the worst experience I have ever had as a hotel guest. When I raised a mild complaint about the air con not working, and the electricity cutting out I was met by a torrent of abuse from the owner. Not only was a personally insulted. I actually felt physically threatened. It was utterly extraordinary and unexpected. He, like the hotel had a thin veneer of charm, which his the ugly reality. Truly shocking experience. I should add that the photo of the pool is deceptive-it is tiny, and that the place smelt really bad. I truly advise you to stay somewheee else. This place is bad news.

This old house is full of charm (18the century) is BEAUTULF, and very well run. Lovely furniture, lovely (and very large) rooms, with high ceiling, and an amazing patio. We felt very welcome by the lovely owner, who was very helpful.

Desde que entramos en el hotel nos sorprendió la amabilidad y la atención que recibimos. La habitación amplia, cómoda y muy bien decorada. El patio maravilloso! Calidad-precio excelente 👌🏽 Si tenemos que volver, son duda volveremos a este encantador hotel.

El hotel es una antigua casa rehabilitada con exquisito gusto, tiene un patio con una piscina que te invita a bañarte, la propietaria estuvo en todo momento pendiente de nosotros recomendándonos playas y sitios no explotados. Las habitación amplia, con mucha luz y te traslada a otra época. Nos encantó! Muchísimas gracias Mercedes!

Hemos pasado unos días geniales. El hotel es muy acogedor, tiene una piscina en el patio que ayuda a refrescarse, el personal muy atento y la ubicación está genial. Cuando volvamos, repetimos seguro!!
