Reservation made for a double room, we found ourselves in a crappy twin room, being told that the hotel was full (while the next day another employee told us that it was not full). I said a rotten room, just renovated in a hurry to hide the misery that was nevertheless very present, with furniture dating from Methuselah. The view out the window, absolutely magnificent: No view, but a wall. Oh yes, also an oil tank on the side and piping. In short, a real prison room. Impossible to sleep because of no sound insulation. You can hear everything that happens in the hallway and in the 3 closest bedrooms. We live to the rhythm of slamming doors, running water and bars of soap falling into neighboring showers that make you jump. As incredible as it may seem, there is no power outlet in the room. Only 1 in the bathroom. When asking at reception, we were told that all of them are like that. I can't believe it. And we also say that we don't have any power strips or extension cords to lend us. A light globe on the bedroom ceiling with around fifty dead flies in it. In the morning when we left we of course didn't say anything (because it would have been useless) and strangely also the receptionist didn't ask us how the night had gone. Parking is certainly free, but along the road, and when there is no space (which is always the case when arriving late) it is in a public car park about a hundred meters away. For the deposit, no prepayment authorization was made on a bank card, the receptionist simply took down the numbers of my bank card. How much would she have been able to withdraw without the customer being informed and what means of recourse in the event of a problem? This is why this practice is illegal (in France).

The hotel is very good, it has parking outside of it. Comfortable room, comfortable and spacious bed, entry with magnetic card.; It has a small TV, the wifi works well. The best breakfast and food, super abundant and very delicious. The employees are friendly and very willing to serve the guest.

Comida bien elaborada pero tienen poco personal para servir y tardaron mucho tiempo en servir. Tardamos dos horas en comer y una hora en servirnos Menú bueno no incluye bebidas Con más personal sería perfecto porque el comedor con terraza y unas vistas impresionantes

No quiero ofender sensibilidades. Experiencia nefasta! El hotel ofrece un servicio de 10 y no llega a 3. La recepciónista es una pedante y va de listilla. Luego quiere ir de simpática, pero x k le has dejado claro las cosas. Las habitaciones no os dejéis engañar x las fotos son precarias. Poca iluminación, lámparas y cortinas se caen de lo viejas y tienen un salón que lo venden como el salón del palacio de Versalles y se parece más a una sala de funeraria. La comida - bufet justita, variedad poca e insípida. El personal está muy amargado y tienen muy pocas ganas de nada, sería mejor q se quedaran en casa. Lo único q los hace facturar, es x k tienen una terraza cómoda, y la ubicación esta muy bien. Pero en resumen el hotel en general se lleva un puntaje del 1 al 10 le doy un 3 y me estoy arriesgando…
