Location suggestiva fuori dal tipico caos dell’Elba di agosto ma comunque a 10 min di macchina da Capoliveri, il residence si trova a 5 min a piedi dalla spiaggia più vicina (ma la strada è in salita) e nel complesso vicino ad altre spiagge della zona. Il residence è in posizione rialzata, quindi la vista è spettacolare. Appartamento ben fornito e servito, posto auto riservato. A disposizione bar, piscina, campo da tennis e barbecue. Personale cortese e disponibile

La struttura è a ridosso di Capoliveri in una zona tranquilla ad un centinaio di metri dalla piccola spiaggia Madonna delle Grazie. Il panorama che si godeva dal nostro appartamento era mozzafiato. L'appartamento ampio, pulitissimo, arredato modernamente, con due spaziose camere da letto, un bel bagno finestrato con box doccia, un terrazzo spettacolare coperto dove abbiamo piacevolissimamente consumato colazioni e cene con mio marito, le mie figlie, la mia nipotina di 2 anni e mio genero. Fantastica la piscina con idromassaggio... il campo da tennis sintetico non lo abbiamo testato ma appariva ben tenuto. Pure le nostre autovetture sono state contente di essere parcheggiate sotto la bella tettoia poco distante dall'appartamento. Giardino curatissimo... non si può calpestare l'erba. Piccolo bar accanto alla reception. Consigliarlo è il minimo che si possa fare: andateci!

Settimana all’isola d’Elba assolutamente positiva. Il residence è molto carino e curato negli ambienti comuni, bella la piscina e una vista fantastica dalla terrazza del bilocale al primo piano. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Alcune parti dell’alloggio andrebbero riviste, come la cucina che è un po’ datata anche se perfettamente funzionante. Torneremo sicuramente!

Tranquillissimo e immerso in mezzo a grandi pini marittimi, il residence dispone di piscina panoramica, campo da tennis, ping pong e calcetto.Appartamento curato e spazioso, con una vista mozzafiato sul mare!! Capoliveri a pochissimi minuti d’auto. Riccardo alla reception gentile e sempre d’aiuto! Speriamo di tornare presto!

Il “Residence le Grazie Est” si trova poco vicino la piccola Capoliveri, immerso nella natura e a due passi dal mare. La struttura è molto organizzata e accogliente. Gli appartamenti sono puliti e curati nei dettagli. Ma è proprio al calar del sole che arriva il bello! Infatti al tramonto, che si scelga di fare un barbecue (la struttura ne ha diversi a disposizione) o di cucinarsi in appartamento si può cenare vista mare con un panorama mozzafiato ed immersi nella tranquillità. Il proprietario è immensamente cortese e disponibile ad aiutare per qualunque necessità o esigenza voi abbiate. Sicuramente un posto che offre relax, che merita di essere scelto e in cui ritornerò.
