The time spent in baths and massages was very nice. Everything else is very poor quality. The food and restaurant were terrible and the staff are surly and unhelpful. We were told that a celiac person would have no problem eating here and there were very few options. All the advertising is about health and wellness but the food is industrial processed garbage. And on top of that, the dining room is clearly not big enough for the number of people in the hotel. This is not a spa experience, this feels more like a neighborhood sports center with a big salty pool. Avoid this place. El tiempo de baños y masajes está muy bien. Lo demás bastante pobre. La comida y el restaurante, eran horribles y el personal borde y con pocas ganas de ayudar. Nos han dicho que una person celiaca podría comer sin problemas pero había muy pocas opciones. Se llenan la boca de hablar de salud y bienestar pero la comida es toda industrial y procesada. Y encima de todo, el comedor es muy pequeño para la cantidad de huéspedes en el hotel. Esto no es un spa, es un polideportivo con piscina salada. Evítalo.

This is a comfortable hotel in an exceptional setting, surrounded by mountains and green forests. It´s an ideal place for hiking and other activities, there are trails around. The rooms are quite basic, nothing to write home about, but comfortable. If that´s what you´re looking for, they perfectly do. The strong point is the big indoor swimming pool of salty water, where you never sink and that´s a very playful experience, although you must be a bit careful avoiding the salt come in your eyes. Besides, the two times I went there were only a few people. There are also normal swimming pools, turkish bath, sauna and the usual things in a spa area.

Everything exceptional..spa, food, environment. a real pleasure, 100% recommended., we will return as soon as we can, plus it is very close to Donosti, Biarriz and that is a great incentive to come see the sea, good walks in the area And Pamplona is also very close

Hotel que se integra muy bien en entorno. El personal super atento y amable. La habitación comodisima, con una cama extragrande y todo lo necesario para relajarse. Hotel sin ruidos externos. El circuito termal es una agradable sorpresa al flotar en sus aguas. Comimos en la cafetería, calidad, cantidad y los precios sin pasarse. Cena y desayuno en el restaurante, tipo buffet con variedad y calidad.

Vamos de vez en cuando y la experiencia siempre grata, hoy además nos han dado un masaje, muy buenos profesionales, me ha atendido una chica que se llama Edurne, muchas gracias me he sentido muy cómoda. Además hacen platos para comer en la cafetería y tienen mucho sitio para aparcar.

Muy mala experiencia con la gerencia del establecimiento. Solo miran por el beneficio a toda costa y lo anteponen a la satisfacción al cliente. Contraté un circuito termal en Balneario Elgorriaga a través de Smartbox, con fecha de caducidad de julio de 2025. El 18 de abril he llamado al establecimiento para hacer la reserva y me dicen que ya no trabajan con esa plataforma y que el problema ya no es de ellos, que yo no contraté con ellos sino con Smartbox. Es una absoluta falta de profesionalidad y de decencia. Si Elorriaga adquirió en su día un compromiso con la plataforma para obtener clientes y hacerse promoción, no puede ahora dejar en la estacada a quienes hemos contratado un circuito, estando vigente su relación comercial con la plataforma, simplemente porque ya no les sale a cuenta mantener ese contrato promocional. ¡Y te lo dicen así de claro, no es su problema! De absoluta vergüenza…

Un grupo de amigos y yo, hemos pasado unos fantasticos fias en el balneario Elgorriaga, en Navarra. Ha sido una gozada, unos días de relax y vacaciones inigualables. El Spa y sus servicios, fantástico y relajante. El alojamiento súper grato y la comida de fábula: variada, apetitosa, bien guisada y presentada, cantidad ilimitada, ... una delicia y, el personal estupendo: educados, agradables, buenos profesionales ... Ha sido una suerte y mejor que un premio de lotería descansar y disfrutar en sus instalaciones.

Hemos organizado un congreso científico allí durante 3 días y ha sido todo excepcional. A destacar la profesionalidad y la dedicación de todo el personal responsable (Cristina, Chalo, Nuria, Mikel) desde le primer momento que les planteamos el proyecto. Durante los meses de la preparación y organización del evento han estado pendientes y atentos de cada detalle para que todo saliera perfecto y así ha sido el resultado. Todos los asitentes al congreso (85 cientificos de todas las edades venidos de todas partes de España) han quedado encantados con el entorno, las instalaciones del hotel y del Balneario, la luminosidad de la sala de conferencias y la comida que ha sido muy rica, variada y abundante durante los 3 días que ha durado la estancia. A destacar también el cuidado y la atención que han tenido con las personas que tenían requierimientos o necesidades específicas en cuanto a la alimentación (vegetarianos, veganos, celiacos, alergias varias) que se han quedado impresionantes de la variedad de productos y de alternativas que han tenido en el buffet durante todos los días. Nos hemos sentido como en casa todos formando una gran familia y eso ha sido sin duda también gracias a la amabilidad y atención de todo el equipo. Si tenemos que volver a organizar un evento de estas caractéristicas, sin duda, repetiremos! Muchísimas gracias Cristina y Chalo por todo!!
