We recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a lovely experience. The location is fantastic, offering beautiful views that truly enhance the stay. Whether you’re enjoying the sunrise or sunset, the scenery is simply breathtaking.
However, there were a few aspects that detracted from an otherwise great visit. Firstly, we didn’t receive the room we had chosen. Instead of the one king bed we requested with two single beds, we were given 2 double beds, which was disappointing and inconvenient. This also meant we lacked some necessary amenities, such as bath mats, a hairdryer, and an adequate number of towels.
Despite these issues, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I would recommend this hotel for its location and views, but I hope they can improve their room allocation and ensure that all amenities are provided to guests.

We arrived at about 11 a.m., they didn't check us in right away, they said after an hour, but they brought a smoothie and offered towels for the pool. The administrator (I forgot his name) was very polite and friendly, and in general during the whole stay at this hotel he behaved helpfully, it is obvious that he looks after the hotel. The view is great. The room is clean, there is everything you need. Breakfast is a buffet, the choice is not big, but everything is delicious. You can walk to the center of Ella on the railway tracks, it will be very close. Literally 5 minutes. We are satisfied with the hotel, we recommend it

We stayed in a 3-bed room on the top floor. Super! Comfortable, clean, large room, spacious bathroom, clean, no foreign smells, good view from the terrace. The staff is 10, the man working in the restaurant is 20 out of 10, I have never seen such kind and positive people! We left early, they packed us breakfast. Thank you, keep up the good work, there are not many good hotels for a reasonable price on the island.
