The staff are very friendly and helpful. Location 10/10. Rohan the manager was very accomodating and nice. Staff greeted you as you came and went. Cocktails were awesome. Got introduced to the owners brother who was a Sri Lankan cricket captain, great bloke. Enjoyed our stay

It was a amazing stay in Ella, place is very clean and they have very friendly and staff. Food serving very fresh and hot, restaurants looks very nice with the street view and I like the area with pool table . We will be there for our next tour agin 🤘🏽

Stayed in a double room, while the hotel was mainly quiet, the staff were really friendly and made the best efforts to make sure my stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Room was well priced and very clean! On checkout I was treated to a rendition of a Pink Floyd on account of my nationality and to thank me for my custom.

The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. Delicious food and i enjoyed a lot. Special thanks to Mr Nayana treated me as a family. Thank you, Nayana and i really appreciate for your incredible service. Best of luck!!!!!!!

Had an excellent breakfast in a very calming atmosphere. The service was top notch specially Mr. Pasan who was very friendly and welcoming. Overall an outstanding place would definitely like to revisit.

Iniziamo col dire che l’ascensore che vi porta ai vari piani, puzza da morire ed è lurida. La stanza puzzolente (brutto da dire ma l’odore ricordava i bagni chimici), letto umido, bagno sporchissimo. Veramente terribile esperienza. l’unica nota positiva va alla posizione, molto comoda.
