Staff are really helpful and friendly, but unfortunately the rooms are not great. There was a spider and leeches in our room, and there is no cleaning and towel replacement during your stay. On the plus side, the location is 10/10 and pool is nice but quite small. Would not recommend the inclusion breakfast.

Basic hotel, spacious, perfectly functional room. Large bathroom with powerful shower & plenty of hot water. It also has to be said it was spotlessly clean, absolutely 10/10 for that! So all in all, good value for money. A short walk down the road & you find yourself on the main street full of life, lights, bars & restaurants. Downside: very small Pool, complete area needs help, nowhere to sit/sunbathe. Unfortunately our room / small balcony, had the perfect view of a building site right in front of us. Having said all that, it would still be difficult to complain, the welcome from the gentleman on reception was genuine & friendly, as indeed were all our interactions with the rest of the hotel team.

Thank you so much for the wonderful service given from the time of checked -In till Check -out. Reception counter was always available and very helpful every time we request something. We want to thank that very professional F/O in-charge for the wonderful welcome. Thank you Indushan ,Vidarshani and new staff for the kindness and wonderful service you all provided. Rooms are very cleaning and H/K is very punctual. We wish you O2 Ella a best of luck in everything! Merry Christmas 2024 & Happy New Year 2025.

I visited this property on spet 1st with my family. It was a great place to be and very close to Rilway station, and many restaurants are close by.. Rooms r very good and clean for a city hotel. Friendly staff and management Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic stay at O2 Ella Hotel. The clean and spacious rooms provided a comfortable retreat, while the exceptional F&B service exceeded our expectations. The staff, notably the owner Piyal, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our group of 15, including 13 foreigners, enjoyed a delightful experience. The personalized attention and warm hospitality made our stay memorable. I highly recommend O2 Ella Hotel for its top-notch service and inviting atmosphere.

Only stayed one night but it was very good value. The room was very spacious. The beds are comfortable, the shower worked well, it was clean and even the TV worked, including so English channels. We had a small fridge, with complementary water and also a hairdryer in the bathroom. It was a very easy walk to the main road for bars and restaurants, as well as to the Flying Ravenna. There is a tiny bit of road noise but not too bad overnight. Staff are also extremely friendly. They don't have much space for parking but still managed to accommodate our vehicle.

This hotel was well situated to access the Nine Arches and the Zip wire. Rooms were good, clean and airy and the beds were comfortable. Staff were welcoming and helpful, however it was very noisy in the morning. It was a short walk to a selection of places for evening meal and breakfast so can’t comment on the hotel food.

Room is really worth for money. Room really clean and newly built. But breakfast is very basic and need to improve. The front desk staff is friendly. Walking distance to Ella town where you can find nice dine in places.
