The property is positioned in a really great location for Ellicottville. Everything from the code to open the door, to the checkout instructions was clear and easy to understand. The area was nice and quiet, and the property is clean and well-maintained. Will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful, Clean Townhouse The cleanest property that we've stayed at in Holiday Valley. This townhouse had a larger parking area than properties located in Wildflower but we did have to carry our bags and gear further.

Great stay! Every September or school lacrosse program comes to Ellicottville for their fall lacrosse festival. We needed a place to stay, kind of last minute, and this property was perfect. It was directly across the street from the Holiday Valley resort. This was in the perfect location for everything. The owners were very nice and easy to work with.Definitely recommend this property, and will be looking to return soon for ski season. Mike, from Rochester N.Y.

Great location, easy trip It was great to deal with the owner, he responded very quickly. Also check out was a breeze!! we didn't have to do a big list of chores. Very easy location to ski.
