The stay was on my way to Manchester airport.
The heater in my first room was not working, but they moved me to another room
All was OK with the 2nd room, until I went to use the shower. The head was not working, in as much as it was like using a tap.
But overall a great place to stay.
I would recommend it, despite the 2 minor issues.

The Travelodge Cheshire Oaks was recently opened in 2024, making it a fantastic choice for those staying in Ellesmere Port. With Ellesmere Port Railway Station just 5km away and Hawarden Airport only 24km away, transportation is very convenient. This hotel is located near many of Ellesmere Port's attractions including Chester Fairoaks Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite, Blue Planet Aquarium and Ellesmere Port Sports Village. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing.

Really lovely surrounding of the old boating houses and Boat Museum
Easy to get to and a 5 min drive to Cheshire Oaks and only 30mins to Liverpool Centre
The hotel is clean and up to date with a proper leisure facility too. Breakfast was all you could want and quality was excellent too

There needs to be more food choice. Maintence IE change or repairs to doors or radiators should not be carried whilst guests are relaxing, working or having a late sleep in. On 2 occasions maintence staff worked for several hours ruining my stay. Very very noisey.

Use this hotel fir stop over to and from Jersey.
Staff are helpful and friendly.
Shame the 2 visits I had recently they had a flood so restaurant area was closed so limited food options.

Check in was very easy and hassle free with three members of staff checking guests in. We arrived well before check in time of 15:00hrs but no early check in rooms were available so we had to return later to check in.
Room size was adequate with comfy bed and quality pillows ensuring good rest.
Hotel is very clean and is well staffed, only downside is the location that its not walking distance to the city centre but this is not a deal breaker due to parking at this hotel being a lot easier on the outskirts of the city centre.

Nice budget hotel close to airport. I arrived late and left early so did not spend lots of time there but my overall experience was good. Unfortunately they did not have any amenities for their guests and the only way to purchase was with coins. Great hotel for a layover or an early flight next morn!
The room was nice and clean and the duvet & pillows were actually amazing!!!
