Preis Leistung passt nicht! Gleich nach unserer Ankunft-wir buchten 2 Tage das teuerste Zimmer zu 170,00€- stellten wir fest das der Zimmersafe nicht funktionierte. Außerdem ließen sich die Rollläden zur Straßenseite nicht schließen; die Betätigung des elektronischen Schalters zeigte keine Reaktion. Nach Reklamation bestätigte man uns das einige Safes im Haus defekt seien und bald ersetzt würden, um die Rollläden kümmere man sich sogleich. Später am Abend teilte man uns mit, das das Zimmer leider zur Strassenseite gar keine Rollläden habe...trotz Schalter an der Wand ! -das war schon kurios - . Da das Frühstücksbuffet am Morgen, serviert in den schönen alten Kaffeehaus Räumen, recht dürftig und lieblos präsentiert wurde, und die ebenso unmotivierte Frühstücksdame auf ein Guten Morgen verzichtete, setzte sich auch hier der Stil des Hauses fort. Den für Freitag Abend gebuchten Tisch im Sterne-Restaurant „ Jean „ stornierten wir daraufhin, um keine weiterem negativen Erfahrungen zu sammeln.

Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig mit Bädern, die wirklich nur 3Sternen entsprechen ＞ Auch nur zweckmäßig. Dieser Eindruck hat leider das tolle Frühstück überschattet. Er gibt einen hübschen Garten-Außenbereich. Bahnhof und Zugverkehr in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Das Hotel verfügt auch über einen großen Saal - z.B. für große Hochzeiten.
