Entry was a lock combo, not sure if staff on hand. Opening the door, the room had one bed size lamp only and for extra light you had to use the bathroom light. Sheets had a few big stains on them and the floor was dirty, wore my shoes 👟 the whole time. Disappointed, seems like there was no pride in ownership
