峨眉山腳下，酒店服務好，周圍美食雲集，爬山去護國寺都很方便。温泉不錯，可以緩解爬山後的疲乏。強烈推薦。

客房服務:
特別感謝313號客房部工作人員。
我預訂的豪華園林房間，方面入住後空調控制器損壞。我試圖嘗試了20分鐘，空調均無反應。我稍後溝通2位客房部工作人員，她們也並未解決。直到313號工作人員來幫我放小童擋板，她親自主動試了空調控制板，並很專業的温柔的和我溝通大概原因，徵求我的意見是否需要換房。同時也在第一時間通知工程部工作人員到房間進行維修檢查。工程到達後她現在客人及詳細過程情況下，合理的溝通了工程部工作人員。在處理過程中313工作人員全程也有注意到我的疲憊狀態也有道歉。非常感謝313工作人員的處理方式及過程。感覺到了她整個過程做了客房部的專業，做了賓客服務的安撫，做了實實在在的解決客人問題，及感同身受。
早餐很過關，高入住率情況下，酒店管理得盡然有序，到後面也沒有任何空盤的情況，衞生也很到位。
酒店的服務，餐飲效率可以覆蓋年代感帶來的效果了。

因為之前也來過，老顧客了，這次還是訂的峨眉山温泉飯店，酒店前台的小徐不僅免費幫我們升級了下房間，晚上還贈送了牛奶還有飲料，温泉泡着很舒服，環境很不錯，服務很不錯，值得推薦！！
