There is room for improvements for pre-arrival communications with guests in English. The cake i received for my birthday is not nice, i would prefer to have a slice of good quality cake than a small cake which taste poor. Breakfast has met my expectations, wide in variety and good in taste, i especially liked the black stir fry noodles with vegetables. Egg station chef skills has to improve though - i didn’t like the taste of my customised scrambled eggs.
Love the variety of drinks selections - especially the grape juice!
Housekeeping forgot to put bath salts and one time use bathtub cover in our room.

I had an exceptional experience at Le Meridien Emei Mountain Resort, and a big part of that was thanks to Beka, who made both my check-in and check-out processes seamless and incredibly welcoming. From the moment I arrived, Beka greeted me with warmth and professionalism, ensuring that I felt right at home. The check-in was quick, efficient, and she took the time to explain all the amenities and services available, including local tips for visiting Mount Emei, which really set the tone for a relaxing stay.
The hotel itself is gorgeous, with excellent facilities. Thank you Le Meridien Emei for making my visit so enjoyable, and I look forward to returning!

The best 5 star hotel at Emei. Friendly and heart warming service from staff , great facility with hot spring access. Highly recommand. We had great time at the restaurant, fine wine, steak & grill. Family & pet friendly.

Nice view from the balcony , breakfast selection good . Good room size , location is good with plenty of local restaurants nearby . Bathroom shower area needs to be better cleaned , floor a little slimy . Wish they have a common laundry area like so many hotels in Chengdu , making it more convenient for us who traveled light . Overall our experience in this hotel is better than the Hilton in Jiuzhaigou.

I stayed in this hotel with two other people, and the room was surprisingly big and clean. It’s designed to accommodate up to four people comfortably, but even with three of us, we still had our own privacy space. The layout was well thought out, making it a great option for small groups or families. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

Hotel facilities are excellent! Room is really nice and comfortable and comes with a beautiful view of the mountain. We particularly enjoyed the hot spring pools, which was so soothing and relaxing after a tiring day of sightseeing. We also enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel location is fantastic. It is just a 10-15 minute stroll to the entrance of the Emei mountain scenic area and there is a whole street of restaurants right next to the hotel.
