We really enjoyed our stay at Orange Tree Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The location is great for exploring the nearby mountains. Big thanks to Xiao Yang, our housekeeper, who was always smiling and super helpful. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel is a bit run down.
The room is very big. And that makes the room temperature very difficult to adjust.
We chose this hotel for the private hot tub. But, the design of the hot tub is not ideal. I mean the material used to construct the hot tub is marble, even with 100% hot water pouring, we dare not get our body near the edge of the tub, not to say lean comfortablely while relaxing during the hot tub hour. The marble is way too cold to even touch.
The breakfast served 'seem' to have lots of variety, but nothing tastes good.
I mean this hotel doesn't serve guests with heart, which is very sad.

First of all, I want to thank the front desk clerk. I didn't remember her name. I arrived at noon. When I checked in, I asked about the tour guide of Mount Emei. She explained it to me very patiently and clearly. In addition, the room was clean and the breakfast was rich.
