Tried to organise our free pick up from the railway to the hotel the day before arrival but they told me to call on the day an hour before arrival to arrange so I did. Arrived at the station and no one was there to pick us up. Called them to ask where our driver was and they said they didn't organise it. Caught a taxi to the hotel ourselves instead. No apology from the staff, only an excuse that they didn't know. Got to our room and the didn't even have normal towels. They instead had very sad disposable towels of which one was stained when we opened the new packet. The room is spacious and cleanliness was just ok. There were some rubbish on the floor and many mosquitos in the room when we checked in, the mosquito plug didn't really help. At least they had a smart toilet since it's one of those places where you're not allowed to flush toilet paper down. Glad the room was not expensive.

The hotel has a good address, not far from the entrance to Huangwan, Mount Emei, with an underground parking lot. Takeaways are delivered promptly. The room is quite large, the environment is quiet, the hygiene is good, and the facilities are complete. The bedding is fresh and comfortable, and there is plenty of hot water. The breakfast is simple, refreshing and filling. The receptionist, waiter, and parking lot security are all very kind and polite!
