酒店房間大，而且乾淨。前後院都可以停車，酒店周邊街道吃飯方便。酒店的早餐也很豐富。退按金時雖然有點小問題，但是很快就處理好了。態度很好。

我是一個女生，入住酒店早上10點左右被服務員刷卡打開房門，刷卡開門前沒有進行任何的告知，就連簡單的敲門都沒有。刷卡開門的同時有一個男性站在服務員身旁，我不知道服務員處於什麼狀態帶着一個男的刷開我的房門，我也不想用最大惡意揣測別人。我衹記得當時我氣的發抖，我一個女生在沒有任何告知的情況下被人打開房門，房門旁還站着一個男人，況且我還穿的比較單薄。酒店給我的解釋是：那個男性非説自己是住的我的房間服務員就給他開門了，我想請問一下酒店管理都不核實住户身份嗎？他説住哪個房間就住哪個房間了？身份都不核實就隨便開門？我住酒店 酒店應當對我的安全負責，該酒店嚴重侵犯了我的私隱權，損害了我的精神狀態。酒店後續給的處理結果是讓我再免費住3天，我不接受這個處理結果，都已經發生這麼不安全的事情了我還敢住麼？酒店李經理説等他們陳總回來再處理，就拖到了現在還沒有一個確切的賠償方案，反正是一拖再拖。我準備拿起法律的武器來保護自己了，大家擦亮眼睛吧！
