We stayed here on our cycle trip from Passau to Vienna. Great location close to cycle path, with safe bike storage. Nice restaurant with good food and wine. Varied breakfast options. Hotel and rooms clean, and staff friendly. Great overnight on our cycle tour.

I had really unpleasant vacation here.Unfriendly employee ( she seems like the boss or owner of this hotel, short blond hair with glasses). When I walked in, she just looked at me, annoyed face and looked away, no greetings at all.I was asked to fill a paper with nationality, family and my job, when I questioned her why should I write my job???she told me coldly just to fill in what the paper says. I feel very uncomfortable to fill that paper, especially I need to write where do I work. I am here to enjoy my vacation, not to have bad mood with some unfriendly people. Really bad wifi connection. There hole in the bed cover. Dirty showering place… I gave two star for the other friendly employees, easy e bike renting service and massage.

Our family spent a few nights in the hotel, which is located in the centre of the village. Breakfast: average, the usual Austrian quality is missing. Room: clean, normal size, with kind of an oldish bathroom; no airconditioning. The room was extremly nosiy and one could not make a total dark in the room as the curtain was not sufficient for this purpose. The window is looking at the roof (which is opened up every morning) of the morning restaurant and corridors, and next to the swimming pool. This type of a room should not be sold to guests or only with a high discount! Every morning we were waken up at around 6:45 a.m. Moreover, although the swimming pool closes at 8 p.m. it was usually used until 9:30-10:00 pm with extreme noise. Rent an e-bike: good quality bikes for rent 25EUR/day, but the hotel charges extra 5EUR for the helmet - pity. Fantastic bike tour possibilities around! Dinner: good tastes, highly recommended alacart restaurant. Half board with 4 courses is also possible for 30EUR/person. Parking: free of charge appr. 100 m from the hotel. And what we were really missing: the owner at the reception at the end of our stay did not ask us whether everything was ok, etc. Just pay the bill..?? - where is the typical Austrian hospitality??

- the girl at front desk charged 30 euros more as it would have been the price if we’d made the reservation the same day in the morning via ***********. when we complained that booking is a lot cheaper, she just laughed that *********** has very bad pricing policy. not clear although why they collaborate with ***********, if they front desk staff criticizes them... - spa is just from 4 pm till 8 pm, in the morning closed - the closed cycle garage is full with hotel rental bikes. We barely found free space for our own bikes as everywhere the hotel bikes were hanging - even when switching the heating in our room to maximum, it was still cold in the room

Établissement de bon standing avec piscine intérieure, hammam, sauna, solarium (transat). Très propre. Belle localisation avec abbaye de Melk toute proche. Grande chambre avec coin salon...dommage et seule déception : fenêtre élevée sans vue. Mini frigo, pas de bouilloire. Restaurant agréable en terrasse (peu de propositions vegetariennes) Petit déjeuner en salle varié. Prix assez élevés justifiés par les infrastructures très agréables. Parking privé gratuit (quelques places devant l hôtel en dépose minute puis à 100m)

Das Hotel befindet sich in absoluter ruhiger Lage in Mitten von Emmersdorf. Ein Hotel eigener Parkplatz befindet sich in 2 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals wie Nathalie und der Dame von der Rezeption (anwesend Do-Sa.) sind nur vertretend für alle MA, die einen absoluten Top Job erledigen und der Gast dieses spürt. Zum Essen möchten wir erwähnen , dass es hier das beste Essen in der Region Melk gab. Wir waren deshalb sehr gerne Abends hier im Restaurant zu Gast. Hallenbad ,Whirlpool alles super temperiert , da macht Schwimmen extrem Spaß. Begrüßend war , dass ein Nebenraum zu einer E Bike Laderaum umfunktioniert wurde, so musste man die Bikes nicht in die voll besetzten Radlgarage verfrachten. Abschließend vielen Dank an das Team für die schönen 4 Tage.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Wachau und bietet schöne, ruhige und saubere Zimmer. Pool nicht benötigt! Die Eigentümer und das Personal sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet und saisonale, sowie die frischen Gerichte aus der Küche sind ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, auf bald!

Das Hotel ist wohl eines der besten Adressen in der Wachau - sehr schöne, saubere Zimmer, herausragendes Frühstücksbuffet (wirklich alles und noch mehr vorhanden), sehr gute Küche - die Speisen können im schönen Gastgarten oder auch in der sehr gemütlichen Gaststube zu sich genommen werden. Alles wirkt gut organisiert, das Personal und auch die Eigentümer sehr freundlich, die Fahrradgarage ist sehr groß und gut zugänglich -.gerne wieder!
