Improve on the food, it was terrible. Even break fast was not pleasing at all. Kindly train the staff and do improvements. The place is lovely but the food is bad.

Staff at the restaurant were AMAZING!!! Food was beyond expectations simply scrumptious. Room was super clean,linen crisp white. However the situation with collecting DSTV remote from reception is giving a very low budget dodgy lodge.Especially because reception forgot to issue me the the remote control and when I requested one I was gaslit into believing that I was given and I had lost it. It went as far as someone coming up to my room to search my belongings for that remote control because they were convinced that I had either lost it or I had stolen it. Like nobody uses DSTV remotes anymore,most of us have smart tvs♀️. Benchmark from other hotels on how they manage remote theft without having guests go through embarrassing situations.

The reception was good and quick. The request for the change of the room was received without hustle. The rooms were cleaned. We were offred only one bottle of water instead of two.

The supper took more than an hour to come, an hour later the waitron came to confirm what I had ordered, that was very frustrating. The room I stayed in had a stuffy smell, there was dust on the side lamp, the toilet pan was leaking. Breakfast was great
