早餐👌。房間偏小。儘量定大一點的房型。前台服務大部分還是不錯的。電梯🛗相對差一點。我們入住居然電梯壞了。然後沒有服務人員幫忙拿行李。也比較正常。衹有前台一女生。然後寄存行李服務也是🉑。但是拿行李的時候。前台女生帶着下去負一樓。一個行李箱。一個背包 一個咖啡包。她一個沒有幫忙。我有點驚呆了。不過我理解她要很快的回到前台。

Excellent comfortable and clean room and friendly service. Central location with Large screen TV with Netflix and other channels in english. Helpful staff and excellent food. Easy access to free bus to ski station. Would highly recommend a stay in this hotel

We have stayed at the hotel for the second time and again we are completely satisfied with the experience. We were attending a sporting event held in Encamp and the location of the hotel was excellent as well as the facilities they gave us for breakfast and dinner times. This time we enjoyed one of their attic rooms, wonderful. Very spacious and with a hydromassage bath. The cleanliness was excellent and the staff was lovely, all without exception, and especially Luis, the owner. A very familiar hotel where you feel at home. We will return without a doubt.

We just spent the weekend there with a Wonderbox gift set. Simple but very clean hotel, serious, smiling staff, good food, generous Spanish breakfast. We will return. For cheap shopping, it is next to a supermarket and opposite a tobacconist.

We were going to Caldea with a friend for the weekend in September. The hotel is average, decent and cheap. You can tell it's a typical hotel for skiers. It doesn't stand out in any way, either for the good or the bad. They gave us a room with a small balcony overlooking the main street. At night the area is quiet. The TV didn't have many channels and was almost on the ceiling.

We stayed at this hotel with friends from 10.02.2018 to 17.02.2018. The rooms are small, clean and tidy. Combined bathroom. With the heating on, the room is comfortable and not cold. Breakfasts are delicious, we had dinner once and also really liked it. The receptionists are polite and nice. There is a room for storing ski equipment. It is located a few meters from the hotel. There is a funibus stop next to the hotel. But they are usually very crowded in the morning. We usually walked to the funicular. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk in ski boots. There are grocery stores a few steps from the hotel. They are open until 21.00.
