The hotel is very clean and the front desk is very welcoming. The service is attentive. There is a restaurant in the hotel. Even late at night, there is also room service. The buffet breakfast is about 10 pounds per person, which is relatively affordable.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with special mention to Bibi and Sue, who went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. The breakfast was of excellent quality, prepared by Marianna, offering a delicious start to the day. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again in the future.

Good hotel, rooms are exactly as you'd expect from a Premier Inn, great public transport links to London city centre. The staff in reception and the bar/restaurant area, in particular Sue, Bibi and Mariana were some of the friendliest staff I have ever come across in any hotel. They always make time for a quick chat and they are professional, helpful, and will go out of their way to accommodate your requests. This was my second time staying in this hotel (last time was October 2024) and I couldn't fault these ladies on either occasion. I had a much better hotel experience here than I did at DoubleTree by Hilton at Victoria last summer, for a fraction of the cost.

Super friendly, clean and modern Premier Inn. Bed was really comfortable - great nights sleep. Late bar and breakfast were excellent. Breakfast had great choice, the unlimited option was a no brainer and food was piping hot, lovely fresh fried eggs.. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A great stay.

We have stopped at the New Southgate premier inn a number of times when on business in London. It’s a great hotel, but sometimes service does slip. Great to report that this time our 5 night stay was great. Room was peaceful even with the north circular next door. We had breakfast during each day, which is ace, and dinner on our last night. The staff we spoke to were great, particularly during dinner on Sunday evening. Our meals were great and the steak was cooked exactly as we had asked - medium rare. Masha and Sayuri delivered friendly and excellent service front of house, and chef Maria cooked our food to perfection. Thank you.

Excellent staff,looked after so well,especially from Masha & Sayuri for our evening drinks/meals.We will definitely stay here again,also it’s great that the piccadilly line from Arnos Grove & 10 min walk takes you to all the major tourist attractions.Also 1 stop on the tube takes you to lots of nearby restaurants & bars.

Arrived early from Yorkshire & Alex got us check in. Room was typical Premier which we like. Everything working & clean & we had a bath which Mrs T loves. Bed super comfy & no noise even though junction with North Circular outside. All staff were friendly. We had breakfast in the deal & the lady doing the eggs was helpful & friendly. We both said the breakfast was best we have had at a Premier Inn. You can get into Central London in about 40 mins with either tube or train station about 10-15 min walk. There is also a bus stop outside. We would stay here again.
