Apparently this hotel recently changed from being an America's Best Value Inn (there were still some trash cans so branded about). Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The office staff were friendly. Breakfast was build your own waffles with coffee. Property was better kept than the other budget hotel properties in the immediate area. We did have a group of other guests (maybe long-term?) where were smoking week in the parking lot (I guess that's all OK in OK), but they kept to themselves and no problem. Good overnight stay.

Loved this place. Its been renovated and rooms look nice like holiday inn and hampton inn. Staff are so helpfull and friendly and nice place to get away from home. Its outdoor motel so had fun doing barbecue at the motel.
