"Clean room with excellent service also there are coffee machine in the front desk so we can drink coffee and tea anytime for free. The location is Far from anywhere but the hotel gave 2 taxi tickets so its no a big problem. Really recommend"

"The hotel is location about 20 mins away from the airport by driving. It is a shame that they don't provide shuttle service for pick-up or drop off to the airport, nevertheless it is a common sense to expect such service since the hotel has an airline name in it. It takes about 2200 yen to the airport by taxi one trip."

"Ok la, overall its decent. Just that you have to find parking space yourself if you are driving. Most hotels do not offer that, the counter staff were friendly enough to guide us on finding available parking spaces surrounding the hotel. Grateful for that! Overall all’s good!"

"a conveniently located hotel next to the New Chitose Airport. Free selection of Pillows of various texture and pillow case are possible at the lobby.
This is a choice hotel for a night stay in preparation of early flight on the following day. There are lift access to get to the train station. Getting luggage to the train platform was easy.
Hotel has free parking and is next to a Seven-Eleven convenient store."

"Chitose airport hotel is very close to the JR station around 5 mins walk. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. They can speak English as well. Hotel is clean but old. The rooms are huge as compared to other hotels. Stayed in a triple room. There is also free shuttle bus to the airport in the morning only. There are many small restaurant around and also convenient stall opp the hotel. The bus stop is 2 mins away from the hotel from the airport (Bus 6) from domestic terminal."

"Room was abit cramped (don't really have space to open our luggages fully while still being able to walk freely). But hotel makes it up with their amenities, decent breakfast, and the women's onsen even had a shampoo bar where you can select your own shampoos (named shampoo and conditioner brands) for showering before the onsen."
