We love going here to work with their guests. They go out of their way to help guests enjoy the Valle, and keep the place very clean and beautiful. We are there almost weekly to give Massage and Facials with the Valle Moble Spa Team. Highly recommend it!

The landscape at Mexico en la Piel is gorgeous, but the service and amenities are very poor and do not match the price point. My shower had less than two minutes of hot water, then it was ice cold. I stepped outside late at night to look at the sky and my door closed behind me and locked. There should be signs indicating that this will happen even when your door is unlocked. No one responded at reception so we had to drive to the gate, where a guard called an off-site receptionist who came to let me back in my room and was completely unfriendly and cold. The woman at the front desk was fantastic, and the only person who seemed trained in customer service. The wait service at the restaurant was horrible. It took 50 minutes to receive my breakfast order, with only ONE other table of two people in the entire place. No apology, no acknowledgement whatsoever. The mattress was super comfortable but the pillows were horrendous. Like sleeping on a sack stuffed with sweatshirts. My friend paid extra for a room with a hot tub and the hot tub didn’t work and was filthy. When the staff was asked about the hot tub they said it was “no longer in season.” This had never been indicated when checking in or paying. My room was quite a distance from my friends, and none of the roads have signs or lights at night. There is woefully little attention to detail when it comes to the room design and finishes. I cannot stay here again. I don’t think the people managing and staffing the hotel have any idea how to deliver the kind of service expected for the price.

Hotel stay was amazing! The interior decorator did an amazing job now I want to buy the same patio furniture pieces! The hotel front desk staff member who spoke English- she was a lifesaver and helped speak in Spanish for me to my Mexican car insurance claims specialist since they didn’t speak English. She helped me file my claim and I will never forget her kindness and help! I will definitely come back to this hotel!!

I booked this property as a surprise for my husband's birthday last summer. We stayed in the room, "Chihuahua" with a jacuzzi in the back. The property and landscape are really nice and unique from where we'd typically stay during our travels. The light breakfast that is included was a plus. We only were able to enjoy it during our last morning there. The wifi wasn't working initially so we had someone come to fix it. We also had problems with the hot water in the shower. The jacuzzi water was not heated and there were no bubbles. They weren't able to fix it. Overall, we had a pleasant stay despite some things not working. However, my husband forgot his eyeglasses and they told us that they would find out the shipping cost to mail them back to us. After going back with them for a couple of weeks and they told us that they would have the owner check, I didn't get a response from them, so we didn't get his eyeglasses back. We gave up and so got a replacement instead.

· The property is as advertised and quite beautiful with lovely landscaping and some pretty spectacular views - if you get the right room. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Disliked · It was not until a couple weeks before I arrived that I noticed the room I booked and the room that was reserved were not the same. I reached out via messages twice and I sent my Booking confirm with the picture of the room I reserved. They replied they would do what they could. They did not (and most of the units were empty the whole time we were there - I had even offered to pay more to be moved). Rosarito is an adjunct to a large unit and such a disappointment. Also, it was raining ALOT and they had to put towels (they used bathrobes) at the front door and inside around the sliding doors to stop rain from coming in (which it did not and the cleaner didn't bother changing). The unit next door had plastic-wrapped dirt all along its slider (flood mitigation!) and I noticed many of the other units had towels on the floors. Not a good look. We had to laugh when we showered and guess what? That leaked too. For the price point, I expected more. No outlet on one side of the bed? Are you kidding? No bedside lamps, but one hanging on that is on a switch with a spotlight above your bed so it is pretty much worthless. Oh and the one lamp in the room? Shorted out so you had to play with it to stay on. The worst part is we had an emergency with our car. We went to reception and no one was there, so I called and left a message - which no one ever got back to me. And because the person who checked us in didnt speak English, and I speak Spanish poorly it was super difficult to figure out what she was telling us and with no phone or no phone number provided I HAD NO IDEA HOW TO GET A HOLD OF RECEPTION. Come on folks, print information in both Spanish and English isn't too much to ask for. We literally could not find a soul. I love the idea of Mexico en la Piel. Unfortunately the reality not so much.

This is a long review, so if you want a basic review not this one. From the moment I booked my experience with them had started out really great. Annette got in contact with me asking if there was any kind of accommodations that I might need. The trip was originally supposed to be just an anniversary trip, but I decided to make it a proposal trip as well. I contacted Annette back and told her I wanted to do something special maybe some flowers or if they had any contact that could decorate the room a bit for me and she instantly got me in contact with a lady who is a florist/ event coordinator. She also got me on contact with the chef from their restaurant. The florist lady and myself came up sub an idea and executed it, the chef asked if I wanted anything special, but their menu looked really bomb already so let him know it was fine. Fast forward to the day of my trip Annette calls me and asks if I need anything for the decoration but everything was already planned. Upon getting to the hotel it had a really nice sign outside with some rustic copper gates, and an extremely nice security, an older man named Mario, very warm person, always greeting us when we got back from going out and told us to be careful and drive safe when heading out to do something. We got to reception, finally met Annette in person and just as in the emails she was very attentive to detail and very accommodating and just a very sweet and nice person overall. You can instantly see why she's in charge of setting up the guests, she has the thing for it. After checking in, they take you on golf carts to your room from reception, and it was pretty cool that they did that, you can call reception at any time day and night to get a ride to your car if you want to go do something. We got to our room and, IT DID NOT disappoint at all whatsoever!!! The balcony had a swing chair, a table that fit 4 and 2 lounge chairs, plus a kitchen style trash can which was nice to have. Inside the room really stood out from any other hotel I have ever stayed at. Each room is styled after different states in Mexico, and we stayed st the Sinaloa room. The room had a chimney, TV, a small couch and coffee table, a big king size bed, and a little bar area that also had a his and hers long sink. The toilet was separate from the shower and the shower was long had a floor to ceiling window that felt like a frosted Dutch door because the top opened to let the hot water steam escape. In the toilet room the door had a full sized mirror. The shower had sauna like wood tiles and pebbles on the other side, with a shower head that came from the ceiling. It had huge sliding glass doors up front that all opened up completely and the back one lead to the hot tub in the background which had water jets. The restaurant was right across from us and the food there was so good! And they offered your first drink free and free breakfast. We had an amazing time and everyone was extremely friendly,
