Very new and trending hotel , located at the heart of enshi city, the plus point is just opposite the xi lan kapu show theatre!

謝謝攜程又讓我們入住到了心儀的豪華型酒店，一進大廳富麗堂皇，所有的服務員們都笑臉相迎，前台小美女小玉熱情的接待了我們，還給我們安排了視野開闊的房間，並親自把我們送去電梯口，房間很大乾淨温馨整潔，冰箱有免費的飲料，樓梯口有免費的純凈水，還貼心的送了水果，還要謝謝11層服務員小樂，服務真的很貼心，每天收拾房間都是很温暖，酒店有地下地上停車場很大，酒店旁邊就是繁華的商業街小吃街夜市，早餐很豐盛，真心推薦給來恩施的朋友們值得入住！服務超讚，酒店超讚！不虧是豪華型酒店榜首！贊！

第一次到恩施來出差，選了這家金鉑瑞酒店，真的挺驚喜的，現在雖是旅遊淡季，但人也不少，酒店的價格非常親民，位置在新城中心，離機場，火車站還有一些景點都不遠，今年新開的酒店設施和衞生都非常棒，要特別誇讚一下酒店的工作人員，服務都非常熱情專業，比很多大城市的五星酒店都服務要好，接待我的是一位叫霜子的工作人員，服務非常周到，提出的問題都能及時的解決，因為有一波同事差不多凌晨的飛機才到，特意幫我們協調了酒店的車去接機，真的非常暖心，恩施還是挺有特色的一個地方，這次工作原因沒有多轉，以後會帶着家人來恩施旅旅遊，還會選擇住在他家，先給這家點個贊。

服務人員熱情，給我們做了房間升級，硬件很好，全屋智能，位置距離土司城、女兒城不遠。早餐較豐富，中西餐食，有部分地方風味。建議衞生紙更換個品牌，這個太薄，與酒店整體品味和定位不太匹配。下次過來恩施還會選擇。

為了恩施之旅，提前一個月預訂酒店，考慮到用餐和出行方便，就在文化中心挑選，且必須五星級，另外看遍了附近酒店的評價，以及接送機服務等，最終選擇了金鉑瑞。
真的沒有失望，而且都是驚喜，設施、服務、早餐、客房服務等，都很用心，看得出酒店培訓很到位。
特別需要講一下，一開始擔心今年年中新開業酒店會有味道，但是真的不用擔心。
另外，酒店設施裏寫了“無空調”，因為擔心到達酒店後會降温，所以問詢前台，讓酒店提供了取暖器。到酒店後第二天，因為降温，酒店直接集中供暖了，且收到酒店前台美玲妹妹的細心問詢，問我温度是否適宜，是否還需要其他服務等！真的很暖心。
早餐餐廳環境也很好，一開始擔心入住4晚，選擇不多，口味重複，結果真的是驚喜，每天都有新選擇。
感謝金鉑瑞，感謝美玲妹妹，如果有機會，下次一定還會來，更會推薦朋友入住！

這次我們錯峯出行，高鐵到恩施住了一家非常棒的酒店，不管是服務還是酒店硬件裝修都都是超級棒棒噠。我們剛到站酒店唐師傅提前到站接我們入住酒店，細節是上車就遞給我們了礦泉水和濕巾紙給我補水擦汗的，説明酒店對員工的培訓到位，觀察仔細非常棒的！其次是酒店設計很豪華衞生潔具都是TOTO品牌，前台服務員小鄧和幾位美女都很熱情服務理念非常周到，早餐品種豐富，這個價格真的讓我覺得是物有所值👍👍👍對面的西蘭卡普也好看 期待下次入住[強][強]
