衞生：房間的衞生打掃的也很徹底
環境：酒店地理位置就在客運站旁，周邊吃的也很多，但是都是遊客版的餐食
服務：服務也非常好
一個常年在外住酒店的人對酒店非常挑剔
接機忘記提前預約，下飛機後電話酒店，直接安排單獨司機過來接機、服務很好，酒店布草住着也很舒適，房間也打掃的很乾凈，還有入住水果
連住兩天退房後，新買的迪奧香水忘記酒店，酒店一直保管到我再次回到恩施取走
美中不足早餐和五鑽級別的一些餐廳相比很簡單，甜品很硬，真心希望提高酒店餐飲標準

此次入住體驗完全超出預期！出火車站步行 5 分鐘就到，拖着行李超省心。前台辦理入住超快，還主動給了恩施市區遊玩建議，特別實用。訂的房間很乾凈，床品舒服，隔音做得好，完全聽不到火車站噪音，早餐必須誇！有恩施特色小土豆、現煮麪條，種類夠多，一頓就吃滿足。樓下就是便利店，晚上買東西很方便。性價比超高，下次來恩施還選這兒，推薦給短期出行的朋友！

很不錯，酒店就在火車站隔壁 位置很方便，旁邊就是小吃街，酒店設施比較齊全，房間有電腦 還贈送了水果，還有接送服務，走的時候把我們送到了機場，前台田嬌小美女還貼心的送了我一份小禮物。

因為有充電樁來住的酒店，旁邊是恩施風情街，各種賣茶賣飯賣特產的店。
酒店大堂黑漆漆，房間比一般標間小，倒是乾淨整潔，奇葩的是半敞開式的衞生間，大燈竟然是自動的，且不能調節，一人起夜另一人絕對要被強光晃醒，蹲時間長了它又自動滅了，不知設計時咋想的。
