舒服，乾淨，衞生，通風，方便性價比很高，下次出差還來這裏，樓下有商圈兒做什麼都方便值得推薦。

設施：房間有超大陽台，很奈斯
衞生：房間很乾凈衞生，阿姨人也非常好
服務：客服服務態度很好，問什麼回答都很耐心！
位置：周邊屬於商業區，很熱鬧，還可以逛街，周邊美食好多，隨意吃喝，哈哈，這點是我最喜歡的，還有他們家的床，也是我非常喜歡的

這種民宿和出租房沒什麼區別，完全沒有一點服務，沒有前台服務員，退房想放一下行李都沒辦法放，有事情衹能隔空喊話，這種體驗感實在是太差。

1 ，房間是自助型，還要加客服微信認證啥的，快到了停車不是很方便
2.訂了兩個房間，一個房間的露台被曬了床單，看着這樣曬床單我都後悔沒拿自己的被套
3 進門露台上的時候走路不方便，無燈，一股臭水溝的味道
4床上被子掀開有毛髮，20公分的小窗户沒有窗簾或者遮擋，對面是高樓可以看的很清楚毫無私隱可言
5 廁所排水，洗着洗着水就淹過腳背了。
房間不大，訂了兩個房間，一個在馬路邊，有有減速帶，有車過很吵，一個在夜市旁邊，很吵，周邊環境很舊，露台也很簡陋，門關不好，商家為了省裝修，省傢俱也是絞盡腦汁了
第一天去恩施，因為時間趕也退不了，就住了一晚上，出來遊玩訂到這種位置很影響心情
如果説出來出差或者遊玩建議訂酒店比較好
還有，這邊停車會收費哦

房間挺不錯的，尤其是房間外面還有個小陽台，早上起來或者晚上在外面坐着歇歇賊舒服，打掃的阿姨也很有禮貌，洗浴這些用品還有熱水什麼的都很全，客服姐姐也超好，總之很贊。

位置特別難找 我是到了一直問客服後來打的視頻才找到 沒有電梯 上了三樓 搬了兩個箱子。然後就是看到床單、被套、枕套都很臟 跟沒洗過一樣 照片是拍不出 然後我聯繫聯繫 後來給我換了被套 一個枕套 因為拿來的另一個枕套更黃 接下來就是空調 不知道是質量太差還是壞了 製冷的最大風都沒感覺 熱得一晚上睡不着 總之 最最最最差的體驗 避雷 各位姐妹
