設施：非常齊全，泳池，湯泉，桌球桌，麻將室應有盡有。
衞生：看上去很美麗，仔細觀察更用心，不管是房間還是公共區域，目光所及都是很乾凈整潔的。看的出來保潔阿姨是在用心做事。
環境：依山傍水，山中有水，水中有山。用來形容這裏的環境十分恰當。
服務：老闆管家都很熱情，幫忙拿行李。介紹當地美食旅遊攻略。臨走還給我們揣了當地的特色恩施小土豆，由此可見老闆是用心在服務。
所謂真心換真心，必須好評。也祝老闆生意興隆！回去了馬上介紹我的朋友過來遊玩，讓他們也體驗到地道的恩施風土人情！

房間寬敞明亮，佈置温馨舒適，床品柔軟乾淨，讓人一夜好眠。房間內的設施一應俱全，且品質上乘。
酒店的餐飲也令人滿意，能夠滿足不同口味的需求。餐廳的服務人員態度親切，及時清理餐桌，確保用餐環境的整潔。
此外，酒店還配備了完善的娛樂設施，如游泳池等，讓我在閑暇之餘能夠放鬆身心。
下次若有機會，我一定還會選擇入住！

本次行程服務最好的店，攜程上定的房 因為路上耽擱了，到已經是晚上十二點多了，到的時候管家前台， 還在現場等着我們，沖完涼本來是想去前台要碗方便吃，前台小姐姐竟然直接把廚師從床上叫起來了，專程給我煮了當地的豆皮。

傍晚入住，整個環境的氛圍感太棒了，夜晚的燈光下，點上一杯威士忌，釋放了一整天的疲憊。
民宿所有員工都特別客氣，服務的我都快不好意思了，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。

特別給大家安利一下這裏的白酒，老闆釀製了四年的窖藏老酒，簡直不要太棒了。聽説他們廚師也是從當地很有名的張關合渣請過來的大廚，地道的恩施味。
