雖然開業多年，但總體來講維護得還不錯，房間乾淨整潔明亮，服務員的服務意識也非常值得讚賞。
尤其值得一提的是，酒店的環境非常好，和土司城緊鄰，從院內的蓮池可直達土司城的東門路也就幾分鐘。

真是個好賓館。吃住條件都很好。早餐豐盛，乾淨衞生菜味好。服務人員態度和氣親切，答疑解惑不厭其煩，值得表揚。
地理位置就在土司城裡邊，有山有水，幽靜中顯出高雅，總之啥都很好，找不到不好的地方。

位置：晚上路過恩施，想在土司城附近找個地方住，以方便第二天一早逛了土司城就走，開車到土司城的時候導航直接把我們帶到了這家賓館的停車場，原來停車場過去就是土司城的大門。
環境：庭院式賓館，緊挨土司城，夜晚燈光映射下亭台樓閣很有氛圍；
服務：這家應該是相當於三星級的政府接待賓館，開業有年頭了，人員配置和服務都是按星級賓館的要求來的，禮貌、周到；
早餐：中式自助早餐，炒蔬菜有四種，也有師傅現場下面和粉，品種有三四個；味道不錯。
給前台和客房服務點個贊，出了點小狀況都及時解決了，臨走還貼心的送了水果給我們帶着路上吃👍

必須説服務很好，服務員很主動和熱情，還可以幫忙風乾換洗衣服。房間設施一般，衞生不錯，我們訂了5間房住了2天，大家都還比較滿意。位置就在土司城一個景區，需要穿過一個短隧道進入停車場，步行5分鐘到土司城入口。不足有兩點，一是早餐種類不多，並且沒有水果，建議準備幾種，二是一個房間每天衹送2瓶水，再要水一瓶2塊錢，富硒礦泉水，價錢真不貴，只是收費給住客感覺略差了一點。附近沒什麼好吃的飯店，建議打車去市裡吃。

之前住過幾次，這次感覺最差。酒店依山而建，靠山那邊的房間缺乏光照，濕氣較重，所以訂房時特別要求要能見到陽光的房間，結果到店入住還是給了一間無陽光房，陰冷潮濕，被子都有水汽。

家裡人都很滿意住宿環境，停車方便，早餐美味，房間乾淨整潔，酒店提供山泉水，服務員態度好，還幫忙曬衣服。
唯一不適應的：洗漱水比較小，洗髮水、沐浴露不是一次性的。
總體來説還是很滿意。以後來恩施還是住這家👍👍👍
