門鎖真的早該安了，不值錢，但掉價。作為一百多的節日酒店，真的還是很實惠，衞生看起來也挺不錯，熱水也很舒服，遺憾的是地漏太堵，洗澡體驗很不好，該疏通一下了。還有一次拖鞋質量太差，也建議換一家採購，畢竟便宜的裏面也有好點的。

位置稍偏，可以步行至土司城。步行至張關合渣。五一期間客房比較緊張。提前4小時入住，無法實現。有窗户，但是窗户對天井。房間不大。床品尚可。

這酒店是我住過的恩施學院附近算最好的一家了，全五星好評。價格比同行便宜很多，關鍵設施齊全過硬，被褥都像新買的一樣，幹靜衞生，舒適。服務貼心周到。這酒店如再離學院路近一點的話，以貨比貨，一晚至少可賣300元以上。送孩子上學的家長們可以去住，走路也可以到達。

設施：該有的都有，一應俱全，就是洗手間的鏡子我建議可以弄個調節亮度的化粧鏡，別的都蠻好的
衞生：很乾凈，放心入住
環境：位置很方便，出門不遠就可以打車 在市區裏面，距離想去的景點也比較近 不過我住的房間是靠外面馬路的晚上窗子關了還是有一點點吵，不過總體還是入住挺滿意的
服務：工作人員態度很好 入住時幫忙升級了房型，想要借用的東西也會幫忙提供

房問設施很好，就是剛裝修的，內窗房還是有定味道，但是值班服務員很熱情，主動給換了個通風較好的房間，並詳細介紹了同邊飯館及遊客中心的位置。總之是一次愉快扔旅行，如有機會來利川還住這家酒店。
