When I check in was very good girl I forget her name she told me name of the beautiful village Xuanen where there is a night market . Location was OK

整體前台的客服還是可以的，包括一些問題，都是沒有問題的。房間的衞生的話 還有很多 確實需要注意一下像床單都變色了有污點。其中，我最為感動不舒服的是事後退按金的時候扣了一瓶礦泉水。但實際上我沒喝，但是我是先走，然後退的按金。我也沒地方變理。這個事我也衹能認了。但我確實還是很不舒服。哪怕後面給了我照片，但是實際都過了一天了，你給我拍那個照片，我也挺無語的。他們房間的整體的燈是偏暗的 不夠明亮

酒店位置很不錯，進入大堂給我一種低調優雅的感覺。進大堂迎面就是前台小姐姐熱情親切的打招呼，房內整潔乾淨，床墊也非常舒服。小孩喝水不小心把床單弄濕了，打電話給工作人員她們也非常耐心，處理問題很積極，能夠及時為客人提供服務，很滿意

2月份新年這幾天，空調開到最大，房間還冷得要死，房子大又空，也沒什麼小童設施，本來訂了八天，第二天果斷退房換酒店。最差的是廁所問題，衹能側身，腿無法伸展，頂在浴房玻璃上，廁所馬桶設施老舊，馬桶圈無法覆蓋馬桶，衞生差，讓人擔憂，床鋪收拾不乾淨，有頭髮。
