The service is very good. The lady at the front desk is friendly, helpful and able to meet requests in a timely manner. The location is also very good, very close to the train station. Although it is close to the road, it is very quiet at night and does not disturb rest. There are many restaurants; the transportation is also very convenient; the room is also very clean; the price is also very reasonable; the facilities in the room are complete; there are extra rooms that can be upgraded for free, and the bed is very comfortable to sleep on and the bed is also quite large.

The TV was broken when I checked in. I booked a flash stay on Ctrip with no deposit required, but I still had to pay a deposit when I checked in. There was no one at the front desk when I checked out, which was very troublesome.
