首先説一下，服務態度很好，三樓的房間，小哥哥把行李箱扛着就上樓了，一句話都不多説，早上起來早飯也是按人頭準備的，稀飯很好吃。環境吧還算乾淨。地方稍微偏遠了一點，衞生間沒有放洗護用品的地方稍微有點雞肋。洗髮水護髮素沐浴露都有。很涼快，有晾衣服的陽台。還需要改善一下。不過態度真的好

現實和想象相差太遠。 單看攜程的訊息就下了訂單，草率了。相信在2019年開張的時候是個不錯的住處。也理解現在環境情況都變了，民宿生意不好做，設施和服務都差強人意。但是誰不在努力？誰不是咬緊牙也要做到最好？ 還有恩施大峽谷，亂哄哄的一窩蜂上，把一個好好的大自然搞得烏煙瘴氣。

老闆和老闆娘熱情，還免費接送景區大門口，早飯是現做的，老闆娘廚藝贊，房間陽台就能看到大峽谷，性價比很高的民宿

實話實説，高德顯示1.5公里，實際距離不近，都有點偏僻，但是老闆人很好，會幫忙接送到景區。客棧其實就是民宿改的，設施一般，但是周圍空氣很好，早餐是老闆娘自己做的西紅柿雞蛋麪很好吃，晚飯也是在老闆家點的飯菜，很好吃，特別是豬肉，好吃。對於爬了一天山的我們來説，這個價格很不錯，好好地休息一晚。

房間衞生堪憂，酒店需要的備品可以説是幾乎沒有，被網絡圖片騙過來的，也不知道那麼多好評哪裡來的。不是什麼客棧，大家可以按照招待所去對標！

衝著花築名頭去的，不談服務，多問幾句感覺很不耐煩。房間進去很大一股味道，衞生間和陽台都沒有鎖，床也很硬很潮濕，站在陽台上能看到整個峽谷，由於酒店位於山腳下的一個村子，遠離市區沒有商店外賣，從雲南一路民宿酒店住過來，這家可以説是差不多價位裏面最差勁的。
